Hi Jim as promised a quick testimonial re your good work. Jim was half an hour late but kept me informed by phone that he was on the way (heavy traffic on the A 21 as normal) Jim was professional as were his staff. Nothing was too much. Would use Jim again.

I have used Mr. Reliable twice now for my house moves and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about using them. My 1st house move was only 5 miles away and went very smoothly, my 2nd house move was 300+ miles away and I have to say they were excellent. The guys turned up early in the morning to my house in Hampshire and worked very hard to clear the house, then they did the drive in 2 vans up to the North East where I met them at my new property. They were very good when unloading the vans putting everything where I wanted it and even stopped for a moment to connect my washing machine for me. What I love about these guys is just how friendly and lovely they are, always smiling and very chatty!! Their prices are extremely reasonable also. Would I use them again? Definitely!! Would heartily recommend Jim and his company. We recently moved from London to the north west and Jim and co. made the move pleasant and stress-free. Jim and the guys from Mr. Reliable Removals were brilliant. They put in some extra effort to get our whole move done in one day instead of two, and were very efficient and quick. No breakages or any issues with the actual removals and did a very professional job of reconstructing the beds/wardrobes etc for us. I can't praise Jim and his colleague enough. They turned up on time despite the worst weather we had for 30 years. We were all packed and ready to move within two hours. We reached our new house and found our vendors hadn't finished moving out so to save time (as the snow was getting worse) they even helped them move their things out. We hardly know where to begin to describe the excellent service Jim and his team gave when we moved at the beginning of January, in unbelievably bad weather. We had read the earlier testimonials which all seemed to be too good to be true but we can only reiterate what everyone had written. We couldn't have had a more professional, cheerful group of hard working young men to move our mass of furniture, garden equipment, plants and general 'stuff'. Although we only moved from a two bedroom bungalow, Jim and the lads said they had never seen so much come out of a house that size in 10 years experience! This meant they filled two vans and without moaning arranged to come back the next day with TWO MORE VANS(!) and make the return trip to Norfolk without asking for more money. Of course, we willingly made sure Jim wasn't out of pocket. The move was even more eventful than described here but Jim took the problems away from us. Thank you to you all. We will use you again should we move again and have recommended you to everyone we have talked to.

Jim is definitely reliable and I would surely use him anytime I want to move. I literally bumped into him moving a friends household stuff and right there we struck a deal and he moved my stuff that same day....that’s what I call being reliable. would recommend him to anyone! huushe(at)yahoo(dot)com
