If you are in the process of moving and are trawling the internet for a reliable removal company like I was in June, you may be reading these testimonials and asking yourself is this firm really that good? I can assure you that they are and my husband and I can highly recommend Mr Reliable removals. They moved us on 23rd June, which so happened to be a sweltering day. Jim and his team arrived 15 minutes early, were extremely hard working, friendly, efficient and thoroughly nice guys-nothing was too much trouble. They never complained at all about the number of stairs they had to negotiate and everything was moved quickly and efficiently. Moving is very stressful and at the end of a very long day my husband and I commented on how smoothly the move had gone. This was due to the professionalism of Jim and his team. We would unreservedly recommend Mr Reliable and decided to use them again to move my daughter to our house in Waltham Cross from Manchester. Jim arrived in Manchester spot on time and again was extremely efficient and hard working. Again the move went very smoothly and without hitch. Mr Reliable was recommended to me by my colleague, who had used their service before and when we booked them we didn’t regret it at all. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised how efficient, punctual and quick these guys were, comparing to other removable companies. They lifted and carried all our furniture, boxes and bags, we were just showing them what to take and where from. Their friendly manners made situation more informal and reduced my wife and my level of stress. Especially touching was the situation when guys needed to wait patiently when my wife was collecting plants from window sills to put it into one big box (we had not have time to sort this out before). I have used Mr Reliables several times to ship telecommunication training equipment throughout UK and mainland Europe. The service is always excellent, no matter how many changes I make and problems I throw up. Jim and Carl were great. Jim came to our rescue in bringing all our precious possessions from storage after we were let down by our previous removal company Premier Moves from Tolleshunt Major (don\'t touch them with a bargepole!). What they found was horrendous - stuff thrown into the containers fragile items not even put into boxes but loose in the container expensive furniture straight onto bare wooden floors LCD screens just stuffed into boxes. Jim and Carl had to spend 5 and a half hours loading because of the state this team of cowboys had left things in but Jim did not charge extra because of the hassle we had already gone through. We used Mr Reliable Removals at the end of April and I honestly don't have enough words to describe how great their service was. We needed to move two properties into one new property, and the guys were unbelievably efficient. They turned up bang on time (6am), finished when they said they would (we had some very tight deadlines) and were friendly and professional throughout. We also had to make some last minute changes to the arrangements the day before the move(we needed two vans instead of one) and had to ensure both houses were packed by 12pm. Despite the very short notice, they were able to provide an extra van and an extra removal man as well as change the start and end times of the removals. My family and friends were extremely impressed and this company made the day of our move completely stress free. Jim & his team were friendly polite and hard working. He managed to put up with our last minute change of plan that caused our possessions to go into storage. A month or so later he moved some furniture for us fitting us into another job on his way to York. Once again he was on time & cheerful despite being 6am in the morning.
